On 2.15.08 the owner of Bull in Advantage, LLC recieved five million five hundred thousand free trading shares of MMTE from a third party as consideration for a thirty day IR/PR campaign. To this date Bull in Advantage, LLC has recieved a total of Seven million five hundred thousand free trading shares of MMTE as consideration for IR/PR services.
Bull in Advantage, LLC recieved 4,000 free trading shares of (MBSB) from a third party as consideration for a one week profile coverage of (MBSBI).Owners or Operators of Bull in Advantage, LLC recieved 10,000 free trading shares of (UTEI) from a third party as consideration for a one week profile coverage of (UTEI).
As consideration for IR/PR related services the publisher of B.I.A. purchased five hundered thousand free trading shares of MGQG at .006 through a private placement with a director of Morgan Equities Group Inc. (MGQG). B.I.A. also recieved options to purchase an addtional two hundred fifty thousand free trading shares of MGQG at .04 and two hundred fifty thousand free trading shares of MGQG at .10. The conditions of the B.I.A. consulting agreement between B.I.A. and (MGQG) is for a duration yet to be decided but no less than three months.
